What roster are you using? What mods are you using? Are you sure they're installed correctly? Have you followed the Basic Troubleshooting Checklist?

Oh, you're working on creating your own uniforms for custom teams? I don't have any experience with that and can't help. Sorry. If you don't hear soon from someone who can help, you could always try reaching out to the people who posted those guides.
