Madden 20 Current Day Rosters

I've been using Luchador56's roster and I'm trying to start a CFM with like 8 other guys but he hasn't updated his roster in a few days. I can easily do the rosters myself in game but he is putting people on IR such as Cam Newton, Big Ben. I have no idea how to do that, can anyone give me some pointers?
