Is there an updated tool since the first post? I downloaded it but when I open a franchise file all I can do is pack and unpack. There are no tables that open up.

you would need to edit the unpacked file in a hex editor. the creator never released a working editor and doesn't look like he will. you can search for bep's madden franchise editor on git hub
