Using Madden Playbook editor

Looking for some clarification with blocking in the Playbook editor. Specifically with the attached playbook

What is the difference, if any, between a pull block and a lead block? Trying to get my HB to kick outside on the RB 2 through RB 9 plays in the 10-backs formation. When using the in-game playbook editor even a far outside block causes the HB to cut inside, thus taking him out of the play. Trying avoid this without forcing him to the outside with a QB Dropback run with a block at the end.
