How to change when players retire

So I am going through here attempting to access the files but I'm not sure how to do it. Does anybody have like a video tutorial of them doing this?

I've found the table in the strmdata for NFL Head Coach, I'm importing a NCAA mod into HC with the hope of having a legit NCAA Head Coach experience. To do this, I'll need to raise players ages and adjust the retirement table for 4 year college careers. Will the draft and free agency have enough players to fill rosters across the league with such a heavy retirement scale?

EDIT: tested the retirement for college football in a madden engine theory, it worked. I set every players age to 31, and set the retirement scale in the strmdata to 8 for every position and each team only had 5-7 5th year players. Next I'll test if the game can go 30 seasons with such a heavy retirement demand and if the teams can fill their rosters each season, but I'll need to mass edit all the players in every draft classes age to 31 before I can test it.
