UNIFORMS.dat Mapping

I know there was a mapping of the UNIFORMS.dat file but I wanted to put my own twist to it. I also added the TUNI and UNIF tables as they relate to the UNIFORMS.dat file.

I tried to stay to the default data so the gaps between the TUNI and UNIF tables are probably filler uniforms.

One of the Falcons away uniforms and two of the Vikings uniforms are incorrect by default as far as Home and Away

This Db template will correct this issue https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8MINf ... sp=sharing

This also adds about 17 uniforms to the default teams for example the Chiefs Tuni now includes the Dallas Texans uniforms

If anyone knows of anything else that needs to be corrected let me know
