Edit: I installed the latest GPU driver and there was no change. Stuttering video was bad. I then downloaded Calhoupe's 1.67 version of the scripts and played with them turned on and the stuttering was gone. He may have a good bead on things with the memory issue. All I can think is that the game without the scripts is having issues accessing those memory addresses and with the scripts it's not. Thank You Calhoupe!!!
You can use a tool like DWS to permanently disable windows update/kill off useless apps that leech off the memory. Turning off windows 10 updates is useless in control panel because they turn it right back on after a while.....dws blocks the ip addresses of windows update
