Rams Sofi Stadium Crashing

I've had this issue for years, the Sofi stadium causing me to crash to desktop evertime I try to start a game. I miraculously got it to work one time in my current season, but since it keeps ctd. Anyone have this issue or know a fix?

Does anyone have a fix that I can use to correct this problem to continue progressing thru my franchise season? I would prefer to play the game versus simulating it unless I have no choice. What causes a game to be unplayable from this type of crash, but no problem when it's simulated?

If you're using trey's shoes, that's the issue along with the pro bowl crashing. Unfortunately i had to just stop using that mod, minor thing tho.

Thanks for the information and I have been using that mod since Trey made it available for us. I wouldn't never have guessed that was the cause of this issue.
