Free Agents Disappeared

I was editing the HOF team other day and doing a few other edits to FA kickers then saved file and when I went to game and looked at the roster the Free Agents was gone from the list. They are there because they show up in Franchise mode but I can't see them in the roster as I did before. I don't think the TTYP number changed it's showing as "1" same as Practice Squad. However, I loaded a few other rosters to see if FA showed and it wasn't showing in those rosters either. The reason I want FA to show is so I can normalize any players I've edited. What changed and how do I fix the problem is my question?
