Out of position players don't a get a fatigue hit

In Madden 07 and 08, if a RB plays CB and vice versa, that player gets a fatigue hit each snap. That's not the case in Madden 2005 and 2004. Fatigue goes down normally as if they were playing their natural position. Why is this? Where in the DB_TENPLATES is this located?
