He's 3 years removed from playing in the NFL and is 32, which is getting old for a scrambling QB. Signing Kaepernick would bring the media circus to Indianapolis and would likely be a major distraction for the team.

Wait. I see a flaw. There are 2 types of QBs:
1. QB who can run.
2. Running QB.
1 can pass the ball, 2 can’t. Kaepernick is number 1 type.
