After Day 3 of the 2017 NFL Draft, GM Doug Whaley was fired after 4 years at the helm.

Saw the press conference on NFL Network, confirmed the entire pro and amateur scouting departments were fired as well.
In addition to firing GM Doug Whaley, ITL has learned #Bills have dumped their entire scouting department. New GM will hire all new scouts.

The word on the street is that McDermott was running the Draft and that these guys were on their way out before then. They just didn't want to deal with the distraction before the Draft.
