How can i create a site for a Madden League?

I would like to create a site to keep track of the seasons I play with Madden 08.

I know there was once MadCat that allowed you to do this, and the LeaguePulse service.

Is it possible to get MadCat to work today?

Alternatively, are there other similar services or software?
