Yes RevanFan, as far as I tested it there are the same. I randomly tested players that I knew and they were correct.

That I will check later especially with that player with college id # -1 or higher than those available in Madden 08 if they will be recognized by Amp or NZA

That is a good question. I did not test the in game editor but since the colleges did appear in the player's team management I'm assuming it does appear in the in game editor.

I noticed a misspelling of one of the fields. The field "ENUM" should be "ENUN" with an N instead of M.

The row that contains "N/A" with a value of "-1" should be an number between 0-255 and not a negative number.

Roster editors like NZA will not be able to edit the new college settings and might give off errors if you try to load rosters with the college values.

Madden Amp has an updated college list if you need to edit college values.

RevanFan pointed out that the list doesn't match with the old college list. I updated it to match the madden 08 college list and any new colleges would be put at the bottom the list.

I included the xlsx spreadsheet if you need to make changes.

The roster monster will need to be updated with this list but changes can always be done within madden or a db editor.
