That truly is amazing. Did anyone figure out away to add 2 more teams to the playoffs?

Not yet, but I will say in the near future someone is gonna find a way to do it. I have been trying to figure it out for the last 2 years. No dice. That's because its hard-coded and its challenging. But, if there is a way to add games to the DB_Template it be easy. You can take away but not add. Someday it will. Just my 2 cents.

That’s a shame, but I still appreciate the hard work that goes into this. We need more people in this community and we need to train them to do this. Madden 08 in my opinion is the last good Madden and we can’t let this community die.

It wasn't removed. The 1st game of the 17 game scheule has been assigned to the fourth pre-season game. It would be great if the game counted towards wins without manual editing.

This can be done actually on every 1st season of any new franchise. However, I can't make the game do it on 2nd season onwards of franchise without manually updating the schedule.

Would scheduling the first game of the pre-season with the two team's playing in the HOF game do the trick?

A thing with this new 2022-2023 NFL Schedule that Super Bowl bug from the first year of Franchise mode needs to be fixed. Year 1 of Franchise mode I simmed all the way to the Super Bowl the Super Bowl game I can't go into Team Select. I can't play the Super Bowl game. A lot more things seem fine it's no 6 game Wildcard 7 teams per conference make the playoffs. Hopefully somebody can find a way to unlock the 6 game Wildcard 3 AFC games & 3 NFC games 7 teams per conference make the playoffs I hope that's possible. It's a good change the 3 weeks of Preseason and 18 weeks of the Regular Season. It's no Hall Of Fame week for Preseason I'm cool with that. If it had a Hall Of Fame week for Preseason 1 game 2 teams play each other it would be cool.

If cheat engine can't get it done, then only having access to re-write source code is the only way imo. Has anyone wrote EA a petition to release source code for any of the older versions like 06-08? Eventually there will be a Madden 08 Remastered.
