Need to ask where the UIS_LIB_PLAYER_PORT.dat file be stored in my documents? which folder? sorry to ask but even after I update the .dat file with new portraits, the old ones show up - thanks in advance from a really green user

I keep getting error messages when installing the DirectX SDK June 2010, any idea why? I closed all the programs like it said it goes through the installation then gives an error message at the end
