What mods can I use to edit a player's face or create a custom one?

You can change a player's face ID using any roster editor, such as NZA's Editor or Madden Amp. As for making a custom face, I don't think you can.

I made a new head for Bears coach Matt Naggy, so you probably can make cyberfaces. You'd have to start by cataloging every face and matching it up to the ID#s. There is a cyberface tutorial for NBA live at https://forums.nba-live.com/ It's pretty complicated if you want to use real player faces. Eyes, nose and mouth have to line up perfectly, plus you have to find a picture where they're not smiling. Too time consuming, if anything I'd rather just add beards to some of the existing faces. Everybody has a damn beard now, makes it hard to find a face that matches new players coming into the league.
