Can anybody do this?

My idea is to make a full CFL mod just like the FF/FI XIV Mod for the NFL. Change the rules, field size, jerseys, etc.

But for the player ratings, don't just make every player 99 overall, maybe the best player should have a 90 overall because CFL players aren't as good as NFL players.

Rules and field size can't be changed. The only field changes can be visual.

Bumping this up in case there's any renewed interest...

Working within the parameters of Madden 08, does anyone have interest in working on a CFL mod? Would include rosters, uniforms, CFL stadiums with cosmetic changes to the field (hashmarks, logos, and advertising). Developing TSN and Sportsnet overlays would be even better

(As far as I know, there's still no way to implement larger fields with a 0-yard line or oversized endzone, never mind switching to 3 downs or adding the rouge)
